Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account and associated data for the PIQLZ and RAQTS mobile apps, published by Raqts. The steps are the same in both apps.

Delete your account in the app

Open the PIQLZ or RAQTS app and sign in.
Open the menu and go to your Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

You will be signed out immediately and your account will be queued for permanent deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email. Write to basuki@raqts.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address your account is registered with, and tell us which app you used (PIQLZ or RAQTS). We will process your request without requiring you to reinstall the app.

What is deleted

Your login credentials and sign-in records
Your profile: name, email address, date of birth, height, photo, and club/location
Your game scores, session history, and performance statistics
Your DUPR connection and its access tokens (PIQLZ, if you connected one)
Push notification tokens for your devices

What may be kept

Anonymized gameplay statistics that can no longer be linked to you
Records we are required to keep for security, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once processed, deletion is permanent and your data cannot be recovered.
